If it weren’t for the support I received through coaching, I would not be here today. Coaching elevated my world so much so that I decided to become one. I had experienced my own unique transformation + found my purpose in the process.

Long, dramatic, heart-breaking story short: I hit rock bottom in 2019. I was absolutely drained emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically + financially. Then, Covid. Ugh. Little did I know that this season of life was the plot twist that I so deeply needed.

Eventually, I turned to coaching. Fast forward through a lot of inner work, prayer, healing + ice cream. Now, I say with confidence that if you want it to, life gets so much better. It is for certain that it is my passion + purpose to give this same support back to others so they too may have the chance to experience the life they not only deserve, but were designed for.

This creative platform was designed to foster inspiring dialogue about all things mental health, culture + lifestyle. The goal is to encourage others to be part of our conversations. We want you to feel heard + seen just as much as we want that for ourselves.

In Filipino Psychology, there is an indigenous concept of connectedness referred to as Kapwa, meaning “shared identity” or “shared inner self”. In similar translations, Kapwa means “I am who I am connected to”. As a #FilipinoAmerican, who is still figuring out how to bridge the gap between the two worlds, this way of being is especially important to my community. This sense of Kapwa allows this generation to maintain a link to our roots while embracing a unique cultural identity of new truths + traditions.

We provide this information to help our listeners better understand the perspective that we’ll be sharing through on this podcast.
